So yesterday I made some stamps that I used to decorate a pillowcase of mine which I wanted to include in this post today.
It’s crazy how if you look up embroidery hoop projects, a BOATLOAD of DIYs pop up. I found this SUPER easy laundry hamper idea and made one for myself since I was hamperless and all kinds of scattered+messy.
All you need is a pillowcase and an embroidery hoop. I used a 10 inch hoop.
You of course also need a place to hang it.
Embroidery hoops come with an inner circle and outer circle. Wrap the opening of the pillowcase over the inner circle and then place the bigger hoop outside to hug the wrapped inner hoop – if that makes sense. I was kinda hoping y’all know how to use an embroidery hoop.
That concludes the making of the hamper. Now is the challenge of finding a place to hang it if you don’t have a place already in mind. I hung it inside my closet. I already had a coat rack with knobs on my closet door, so I just placed it to hang and it seems to be working out alright. 👍
