While on the topic of being more sustainable, here are some inspiring ways to be thrifty by using what you have around you according to Mr. Bean.
Find yourself in an event where you need an emergency pocket square? Do you have a postcard or maybe even junk mail on your person? Well, what better way than to fold one up in an emergency pocket square situation? It’s super simple. Fold down the corners and stick it in your jacket pocket.
No need for butter knives or anything else to spread your butter other than a credit card. Maybe even your ID or a super sturdy business card. You have one of these on you at all times, right? Credit cards are the perfect shape to spread butter, cream cheese, jam, frosting, etc. How convenient!
No need for tissues when you most likely have pockets! Just pull out the lining and honk it out. Just remember this pocket may be out of service until you do some laundry.
In need of emergency shorts? Cut your pants! You know they already fit you, so don’t fret if you can go shopping ASAP.
Really though, why else do you carry around teddy bears for your children? They’re a great alternative to diapers. They’re soft, fluffy, comfortable, absorbent, and they got a cute teddy bear face that you can use as extra decorative pizzazz.
